In case you have become Electromagnetic Hypersensitive (EHS), or just mild sensitive (ES), or just become aware of the possible health effects of Electromagnetic radiation (EMF/ EMR), I recommend starting a process of learning, measuring, and reducing exposure and if there is a real need using EMF protection. But you might find it difficult to start the process, especially if you are feeling bad all the time.

So In order to allow you to start up the process and achieve some improvements, this is a list of the first steps I recommend taking:

  1. First of all – Stop all use of cellular, smartphones & wireless equipment.

  2. In the first week – At least at home, use only wired phone, wired internet, wired computers …

  3. During the first week – Build a wired working station with a wired PC/Laptop and wired internet connection.

  4. After the installation of a low EMF working station – start learning about EMF and EHS from this site:
    EMF – EMF Radiation Knowledge (RF – RF/MW Radiation, ELF – ELF – Extremely Low Frequency Radiation, Dirty Electricity – Dirty Electricity).
    EHS – Electromagnetic HyperSensitivity.
  5. Get/Order an all-in-one, fast sampling, home-use EMF meter.

    My most recommend meter for 2022 is the CORNET ED88TPLUS .
  6. With your EMF meter find RF & ELF sources inside the house and learn how to reduce exposure from them.
    Basically, you need to turn off the transmission from every RF device (or turn the device off) and keep at least 1 meter of a safety distance from every ELF source (every electric-electronic device).

  7. With your EMF meter, find EMF (Mainly RF) penetration points into your house and use RF protection to block them.

These were the first very basic 7 steps. For every step, there are more info and explanation on this site. There is a lot to read and learn, and even more to do. All the steps should be done slowly and one by one. After every step try to measure both the improvement in the symptoms and to the levels of EMF exposure. Document your progress in a notebook so you can reflect back on the things you did and the improvement later on down the process.

What not to do

  1. Don’t continue to use smartphones and wireless devices.
  2. Don’t try to use EMF protection without proper knowledge and an EMF meter.
  3. Don’t try to move away to a new place when you still don’t have the proper knowledge, measurement abilities, and experience.
  4. Don’t waste time on conspiracy theories, focus on getting better.
  5. Try not to be a victim, static, and hopeless
  6. Try not to be dependent on others in your process. Learn, measure, reduce and protect by yourself.
