Cellphones/Smartphones have become an almost must have tool in today world (I don’t use one). In the last few years smartwatches , wireless earphones and earpieces, fitness breastplates and other wireless devices have become also very widely in use by many people. Most of these people are not aware that these devices emit RF Radiation that can cause, worsen or trigger some health effect and symptoms, like headaches, tingling sensations, tinnitus and irregular hart rate.
Cellphones
Simple Cellphones radiate RF radiation during a call, when receiving and sending SMS and when communicating to the nearby cell-tower (length of communication , strength and repetition my very depending of the type of cellular standard it is using).

Smartphones
Smartphones are actually a small mobile computer. They can be used not just for call & SMS but also for surfing the net, text communication, music & video streaming, taking& editing pictures & videos, sending/receiving email, and also run a wide range of application (Apps).
To do all of that the smartphone is using the cellular network much more heavily than a phone. Therefor the time that the smartphone emits RF radiation is much longer than a cellphone. Actually most smart phone will emit RF radiation most of the time, not just while making calls. Length and strength of the RF radiation emission will very according to use, location, signal level, type of communication, why of operation and other factors.

Smartwatch
These devices usually radiate RF radiation (Bluetooth/WiFi) to communicate with the smartphone they are paired with. Some smartwatches also have an internal modem that can communicate directly to the celltower.

Wireless earpieces/Headphones
These emits RF radiation (usually Bluetooth) to communicate to their host/Paired smartphones or music played.
The RF radiation is them emitted both from the earpiece and the host, usually all the time.
