Following a question via email: What helps relieve headaches (caused by exposure to non-ionizing radiation, mainly radiofrequency radiation from cell phones, Wi-Fi, and cellular antennas) in the immediate term?

The suggestion from the person who wrote to us was:

“Usually, if I get a sudden headache or mental fog due to cell phone use, I take two fingers and place them on my forehead — at the front part of the face, where the hairline starts above the center of the eyes — and I rotate and massage with my fingers for about half a second, and the pain disappears.

The explanation is that there are two main veins there that carry oxygen, and due to the radiation, they narrow and block or delay oxygen flow. Massaging helps soften the area. Try it and see the wonders. This comes after long-term investigation and research I conducted.”

My suggestions:

a. Personally, this doesn’t help me.

b. Try sharing this in the open group for people with EHS (Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity), or in my group — you’ll get feedback from more than one person. If you don’t have access, let me know and I’ll post it.

c. There are other things people with EHS do to relieve pain, but usually, it’s not effective if exposure continues.
d. Additional actions that may help relieve pain in the short term:

  1. Pressure points on the hands or head
  2. Walking barefoot on conductive surfaces
  3. Showers or immersion in water
  4. GABA supplement

  5. Physical activity to stimulate circulation
  6. Coffee helps some people, especially if taken at the onset of pain
  7. Sleep
