Since I became sensitive to radiation, dietary supplements have been an integral part of how I cope.
Over the years, I’ve regularly taken supplements as needed.

Before taking any supplements, I recommend consulting your doctor to ensure that you can safely take them, and to avoid conflicts with medications or treatments.

I’m sharing this information and detailing what has helped me (and others with EHS) not as a recommendation, certainly not a medical one, and not as instruction.

Supplements for Managing headaches and brain fog

I (and other radiation-sensitive individuals) use GABA whenever I have a headache or before going to places where I know I’ll be exposed to radiation.
This supplement also relieves my brain fog symptoms and helps me function better even in environments with smart phones, WIFI, and RF radiation.

Supplements for Immune System Support

In my experience, the immune system is one of the systems in the body that is affected by radiation exposure.
To strengthen it, I used to regularly take antioxidants — especially non-acidic vitamin C and alpha-lipoic acid — during my years working in hi-tech.
Today, I take vitamin C whenever I’m sick or feeling unwell.
