In the past 10 years, we have come up with several guides & tutorials and training programs for handling EMF and EHS.

They were created in order to:
1. Shorten the learning process
2. To allow you to start with the operational steps, alongside with the theoretical learning.
3. To learn your way around, in the best possible order, and according to the right priority.

The  ‘4 Steps Program’

This is more of a general process, based on the 4 basic skills that helped me to help myself and lots of other people along the way, in handling EHS and EMF. These basic skills are Knowledge, measurement, exposure reduction & Protection.

Step by Step guides

Original tutorials that are divided into small easy to accomplish steps. The idea here is that people will be able to print every guide, accomplish one step, rest a bit, and then to the next step. We currently have four ‘step by steps’ guides: exposure reduction, measurement & protection.

Full pages and chapters

These are written as full-text pages that should be read in one go. Then you should try to accomplish the steps recommended. For example, the “EHS self-diagnosis” guide and the “handling EHS” guide.
